Recently surgery done for one of my family member in Chennai. Raghavan sir guided me from entry to exit of the hospital. Initial and final approval process are done quickly. Around 99% claim amount (approx. Two Lakhs) settled by insurance to hospital. Only <1% claim is disallowed due unreasonable charges by hospital like insurance processing fee, medical record maintenance, admission fee.
